I am very happy with the quality of products. We purchase a variety of products like Argan oil, Avocado oil and Grapeseed Oil amongst other items, and we love the quality and price. Soapgoods also has excellent customer service, whenever I've had a question, they get back to me promptly. I also appreciate how they ship out orders in a timely manner.

I just received my (3rd) order and as before I am very pleased. The order process is easy, the shipping is quick, everything is packaged well and the quality of the products is good. I couldn't ask for more. I will be referring people to Soapgoods as I begin teaching soap making classes.

I'm new to this company and I placed a second order with them. My order ended up being canceled. I had no idea that this happened until I looked to see if it had shipped. There was no notification or anything. I have tried emailing then twice asking why my order was canceled but no response.

I placed an order late Monday afternoon got it on Wednesday early afternoon. I have had such great service from this company. Hope they aloe butter is back in stock soon!
